Our apartments 'Pergl', 'Petaun' and 'Zumme' are located on the second floor (no elevator) and are of equal value.

Price for a double room (second floor) with balcony, shower/ toilet, free wi-fi, satellite TV and safe: from 60€ per day – without service.

The local tax, 3,30€ per guest and night is charged by the tourist accommodation. Children and teenagers under 14 years are exempt from the tax.

On the day of arrival, your apartment is ready for occupancy from 14.00 o'clock.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 am. Thank you for your understanding.

Since there are several animals living on our farm, dogs are allowed only after prior arrangement, in order to make your stay relaxing for master and four-legged friend.

As a guarantee for your booking we need a deposit of 30% of the booking price. You can pay your bill in cash or by bank transfer on the evening before your departure.

Cancellations are inconvenient for both parties, but sometimes unavoidable.

Cancellations up to 60 days before departure are free of charge. As well as in the case that entry is not possible for legal reasons. Cancellations after this period until 2 weeks before arrival will be charged with 70% of the total price.

Cancellations up to 1 week before arrival will be charged 90% of the total price. In case of late arrival or early check-out, we unfortunately have to charge the entire arrangement price.
